Shipping

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the type of piece and destination.

Delivery times may vary due to external causes related to transport or customs.

Black Palm Studio is not responsible for delays beyond the studio's control.

Returns and Incidents

Due to the artistic and exclusive nature of original artworks and Fine Art pieces, returns are not accepted except in case of:

Product damaged during shipping
Error in the order received

In case of an incident, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the right of withdrawal will not apply to:

Personalized products
Made-to-order pieces or print-on-demand items
